PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Since the base of Gir panchgavya products are milk, cow’s urine, cow’s dung etc which are often limited in amount in the https://estore.charakashtanga.in/CharakAshtanga Ayurvedshala hence sometimes it may take some time to manufacture these and make them ailable to you. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
If we ship in error the incorrect product, please contact https://estore.charakashtanga.in/CharakAshtanga Ayurved within 72 hours of receiving the incorrect product to arrange for pickup and re-shipment of the correct product, at no charge to you.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not https://estore.charakashtanga.in/CharakAshtanga Ayurved . Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier.
In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, you must accept the products and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS (FAULTY PRODUCTS)
Our Packing team checks all the products before delivering. So the chances of a faulty product creeping in are very less. However in case of a product with manufacturing defect you need to take the following steps.
If damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then you must report such damage to the carrier within one (1) Business Day after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged products, the carrier will determine what course of action to take. We are ready to replace the product for no extra cost in case of manufacturing defects. CANCELLATION
Cancellations are allowed without any question asked in case of orders with COD payment mode and for prepaid orders there will be a deduction of base fee charged from us by the payment processing merchant and remaining amount will be refunded. However, **it is allowed only till the time product is not shipped from our warehouses. CHARAKASHTANGA AYURVED RETURN POLICY
- There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, contact us.* info@charakashtanga.in and we will get back to you.
Returns are acceptable with replacement of the products or reversal of full amount paid by the customer with 7 days of receipt of the product. However, returns are limited to following cases:
- In case of damaged or defective products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition immediately notify our Customer Care team at +91 94043 38517 or info@charakashtanga.in , we will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
- In case of different product dispatched: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our Customer Care team at +91 94043 38517 or info@charakashtanga.in We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products.
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of https://estore.charakashtanga.in/CharakAshtanga Ayurvedods in transit.
REFUND
We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7-15 working days to get it credited / reflected in your bank or credit card account statement as this involves inter-bank refund procedures which may take time.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by https://estore.charakashtanga.in/CharakAshtanga Ayurved. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7-15 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of https://estore.charakashtanga.in/CharakAshtanga Ayurved, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.
